Earn graduate credit after the training
Four is the number to remember: up to four graduate-level semester credits per seminar, issued by University of Massachusetts Global. The university is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), and no teacher has to take the credit.
Teachers register for credit with a form they receive at the end of the training. UMass Global collects the credit fee directly from each teacher, and that fee is separate from the training cost.
After the training day, teachers who want the credit put the training to work in a practicum in their own classrooms. They have six months to finish it, and credit is awarded on completion. Reach Janice Malone at janpais239@gmail.com with any credit questions.
